Trust Roof Services for reliable, comprehensive roofing solutions that stand the test of time.  Your Duties: Generate estimates from plan drawings, specifications, field notes, field drawings, and actual field inspections Prepare these detailed estimates for commercial projects by creating cost budgets for various roofing solutions and proposals to customers that are accurate and competitive in a timely manner Provide input on pricing of roof solutions Match contracts to estimate to ensure accurate pricing documentation Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful completion of a project in accordance with how it was estimated Ensure processes are followed from pre-bid until handoff meeting  Be accountable for your own goals, decisions, and bids Utilize bid log to track down bids and total bids closed What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Strong leadership traits and mentoring abilities Quality focus General computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, or another spreadsheet program  Superior listening and communication skills  Prior sales or estimating experience (preferred) Prior roofing or construction experience (preferred) Offering a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays. On the job training with bonus structure in place. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
