About the Role

  • Independently manage a patient schedule with the support of Audiologist Assistants.
  • Play an active role in clinic development, including contributing to decisions that shape our growth.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with both adult and pediatric patients through comprehensive consultations and customized care plans.
  • Conduct VNG testing as needed.
  • Dispense and fit hearing aids based on individual needs, providing ongoing counseling and support.
  • Travel between two locations (20-25 minutes apart).
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–12pm (flexibility to enjoy long weekends!).

What You Bring

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
  • Active California license or eligibility to obtain
  • Compassion, curiosity, and strong communication skills
  • A patient-first mindset and eagerness to be part of a collaborative team
  • New grads and experienced audiologists are encouraged to apply!
