What You’ll Do

• Consult with families over phone/Zoom about life insurance & living benefits

• Present personalized solutions (we’ll train you how)

• Follow up with warm leads

• Manage your calendar & pipeline

• Maintain professional communication and integrity

• Attend weekly team training

• Work toward licensing (if not already licensed)

What You Need to Succeed

• Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain — we guide you)

• Strong work ethic and personal drive

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to follow a proven system

• Comfort with phone sales + basic technology

• Ability to set & follow through on scheduled appointments

• High school diploma or equivalent
