Role Overview

To lead the rollout of new clinical projects across Lyra International's global network. In this crucial full-time role, you'll ensure new services and products align with global clinical standards and in-country regulations. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, engaging with key stakeholders, and troubleshooting challenges to ensure successful deliver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Development & Implementation: Work closely with the Clinical Director to develop, implement, and monitor Lyra International's clinical project activities globally. Projects will include new services/products, clinical quality improvement initiatives, and country-specific risk mitigation plans.
  • Drive Global Solutions: Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to develop and implement global clinical solutions.
  • Develop Training Frameworks: Create scalable and practical training frameworks to ensure high-quality service delivery of clinical products, along with robust monitoring for adherence.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all project deliveries are compliant with local legislation, in-country norms, and the mental health infrastructure in all countries Lyra serves.
  • Facilitate Project Handover: Work with operational teams to ensure timely and comprehensive project handovers.
  • Troubleshoot & Remediate: Identify and propose solutions for implementation challenges in new clinical projects. Develop and implement remediation plans when adherence or adoption is poor.
  • Support Team Growth: Contribute to the recruitment and ongoing management of the Lyra International Clinical Governance Team.
  • Enhance Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the President of Lyra International, Global Clinical Lead colleagues, and other stakeholders to create and implement efficient systems for accurate quality assurance across existing services and data entry.
  • Support Business Growth: Contribute to customer consultation and sales activities.
  • Metric tracking: Support development and monitoring of key metrics to monitor projects and contribute towards broader data infrastructure within Lyra International.

Qualifications

  • Minimum level of experience required (including any industry-specific experience)
  • Relevant clinical qualification (MA Psychology or similar) with an ability to balance clinical, operational and organisational demands. More than 5 years of corporate work experience ideally within an EAP operational setting. Management experience and experience of working internationally is a distinct advantage.
  • Minimum skillset required
  • Masters Level clinical qualification (Psychology, Counselling Social Work, or similar) and experience in project management.
  • Desirable Skills and Experience
  • EAP experience essential.
